    Location:
    The Berlin Hostel Eastern Comfort Hostelboat is usually located on the Spree close to the Oberbaumbrücke near the Eastside Galerie in between the districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. On your way to the hostel you step over the former border between east and west. Being situated between Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain there is no wish to be amused left unanswered.
    Public Transport:
    The hostel is located close to the U-Bahn station Warschauer Straße (‘U1’). By foot you are at the Ostbahnhof in 10 minutes where you reach every regional and international train.
    Rooms:
    The Eastern Comfort Hostelboat offers cabins instead of rooms. The cabins are divided into three classes. The Hostel has 25 cabins. Eight big cabins in the first class equipped with shower and restroom. Available also are 16 cabins in the second class for two to four persons and 6 cabins on the upper deck with shower and restroom outside the cabins. On the western bank of the Spree there is located the Western Comfort Hostelboat with an additional 18 cabins. To be noted: All service offers are to be found on the Eastern Comfort Hostelboat.
    Smoking:
    All smoking inside the cabins is prohibited. You are only allowed to smoke on the upper deck.
    Internet:
    You can access the Hotspot free of charge with your own computer. The hostels’ own computers provide you with an additional internet access; half an hour is charged with 1 €.
    Service:
    The reception is open between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Check-out is possible until 11 a.m. The breakfast buffet costs 4 € including beverages and is open between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
    Payment:
    The hostel offers a laundry service for 5 € per load. It is possible to pay per credit card, EC-card or cash. The hostel provides you with free maps and city magazines.

  • das Hostelboat war eine tolle Entdeckung, mal nicht 08/15. wir hatten eine "first class"-Kabine auf der Spreeseite (würde ich empfehlen bei der Buchung!), ausreichend Platz auch mit Gepäck usw. Wlan war kostenlos und hat gut funktioniert.
    Sehr gut auch das all you can eat-Frühstück für 4 Euro.
    Die Verkehrsanbindung Warschauer Straße war super, obwohl wir mehrere ABende gar nicht weggefahren sind, denn das Nachtleben ist praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Unbedingt zur Strandbar an der East side gallery gehen!!
